You are a moron. The sage is not god, he didn't create the world, and your example isn't even appropriate because there are plenty of man made elements.

There is a difference between something being able to exist and existing. He didn't even invent Ninjutsu for ****s sake. That was made by his followers who decided it would be fun to breath fire on everyone.
