I saw a thread in which Naruto+Sasuke were pitched against Hashirama+Tobirama where many people said that Tobirama's Non-factor in this match. I also see Tobirama being under-rated on a regular basis. Usually I put 2-3 posts to support Tobirama but at times it's outrageous.
I'll Explain exactly why Tobirama's never a "Non-factor" even if it's the Juubi's Jin U_U
Tobirama has following Jutsus that alone puts him in a top-10, above Nagato or Sasuke-
1. Hiraishin no Jutsu - This jutsu has no counters whatsoever, only he Kamui can over-step it!

3. Hiraishin Goshun Mawashi -
4. Hiraishin Level 2 - Again this
5. Edo Tensei - Entire war was fought on this Jutsu, it would appear Tobirama also could use the perfect Edition but didn't because of the risk it posses [
6. Dan's soul transfer Tech - It would appear that Tobirama was the one who invented that Jutsu,
Now I've listed pure Jutsus that make him a force to reckon with, but it never forget that it was confirmed by Madara himself that Tobirama was on his Level [EMS/PS Level][
The current Generation is running on his techniques, his teachings and the rules/laws he imposed! Never underestimate Tobirama, he's only below Hashirama and Juubi jins that is all.
