Not that much...to be liked by the masses you need a confident,easy maybe funny intro..don't stutter to much and just be a nice guy.

Being a nice guy and having an attractive or funny persona is the Basics. if you look at Piewdiepie he doesn't know shit about most games he plays and hes kind of dumb...but people like him because of has the nice guy attitude. (this probably isn't the best example. but you know what I mean)

It also helps to have some editing skills. anyways if you just be yourself you are doing it right, but just because your being yourself doesn't mean people will like you.

You did improve slightly. It doesn't come off as natural at all though and that's OK you are new to doing this. The more you make the more comfortable you should feel. <-- obvious yes but you asked for feedback so whatever.

My advice make a months worth of videos or so, don't make them public though and don't watch any of them. Then watch the first and last ( you may be surprised at how much you have improved ) > then ask the forums for advice.
