is sasuke a genius?

According to kishi and this manga everybody and their mother is a genius so I don't see how sasuke is not a genius. Actually I think the term genius is overrated in this manga.

And he did not tame lighting he used the heat and smoke to create clouds and use his own lighting attack to attract the natural lighting which was being formed in the clouds. Thats not taming. Taming means use the given thing without any effort like how madara tamed the 9 tails or hashi tamed all the beasts alone.

you might want to re read the manga a little bit, because in that chapter zetsu clearly stated that sasuke even tamed lighning itself..

Obito awakened his at the age of 13. :/
Sasuke awakened his first tomoe at the age of 8, then his second and third at the age of 12.
Itachi awakened his sharingan at the age of 4 due to witnessing war and completely mastered all abilities for the 3-tomoe at the age of 8. :/
