No because he isnt relevant to the war and people with sharingan that are blinded are still awesome(itachi fact not madara/fully blind)
So kakashi's eye will probably remain blinded for ever

Kakashi usually keeps his sharingan covered because it drains chakra. Imagine if he had two? lol. he would walk around wih a cane and one of his seeing-eye-summons

I want him to get EMS. it enhanced Sasukes Enton techs. It can surely introduce new technique into the series. I still got money on time traveling, since kamui can cross dimensions already. It will involve space time jutsus so I hope it is time traveling or stopping time, instead of teleporting which is just another ftg then. Although it is less likely that it will work because Kakashi and Obito are not brothers.
