Speed Battle, Killer bee vs Kakashi

Who is faster in terms of movement speed. Base Killer Bee or Base kakashi (although kakashi doesnt have any transformations to make him go faster.....)

He was fighting Taka, and someone whos Sharingan's skills is enough to stalemate Itachi forcing him to use MS.

That's a good question. I give it to Bee. Kakashi may be faster but Bee has been shown to, at least, have very fast reaction time at base level. Examples:

Bee VS Minato-During Minato's Hirashin, he managed to postion himself behind be where he could have slit his throat, but Minato didn't as Bee reflexes were fast enough to position one of his swords at Minato's stomach


Bee VS Ay- Bee was able to gut punch his bro when he was in Lighting armor and attempted to Blitz him with a Lariat.

Bee VS Itachi- Itachi shot at him with a Grand Fireball jutsu and then positioned himself behind Bee with a kunai attack(which turned out to be a genjutsu anyway) but Be was at least, fast enough to cut the fireball in half.

I think Kakashi, might be faster though in terms of speed.

I think Bee is, his reactions are faster too, having 8 tails lookin out helps. Kakashi isn't really hailed for his speed like other ninja, doesn't make him slow but its just not his forte.
