That's after using Kamui, his mobility was shaky (against MS Sasuke).

He is using kekkei genkai/Doujutsu that is not of his own blood so it is zapping a large chunk of his chakra.....that and his chakra is probably flowing to....other parts of his body when reading those "slutty" novels as the OP put it :snick:

I don't know which manga you read but Kakashi has pretty good stanima and one of best chakra control.After each fights his sharingan got used to him and he learned experiences which make increase his spiritual energy which make increase his chakra.

Why Kakashi chakra nd stamina are so low.

Kakashi is (highly) skills in
information gathering, good memory, strategy, understanding how to take advantage of jutsu (n tactic),
being a son of (sannin equivalent) father, nearing become The Hokage, etc.
All these skill could and will result on less chakra nd stamina.
Kakashi taught his Team 7 according to their skills.
Such as; Sakura - genjutsu; Sasuke, mostly Kakashi own special jutsu, as both he n Sasuke having the same elements.

Compare to Naruto, which almost everyone said that he is an idiot, with plenty in chakra n stamina (Uzumaki bloodline)
That was why, in the beginning, Naruto insist that Kakashi teach him.
Which Kakashi did, at a later stage, thus Naruto could able to improve much at faster rate.

Then again, look at Shikamaru.
Shikamaru also had low chakra n stamina.
Both Shikamaru and Kakashi were both are almost the same in skills.

Need to understand that not every ninja could have everything good and nothing bad.

Nothing is mention about what was SO6P disadvantage, only said about SO6P power.

Kakashi used to have bad stamina, but he's been increasing it, as should be obvious by his performance in this war.
