[Discussion] rikudo madara's shinra tensei VS gai's 8th gates : who would win?

do you think RIKUDO madara's shinra tensei can stop gai sensei attack in his 8th gate mode?..

also do you think a strong punch from from Gai's evening elephant can destroy a meteor sent by Rikudo madara?..

also if obito fights against 8gates gai...do you think gai would win?..i personally think obito would win..why?..becuz all obito have to do is stay transparent and let gai sensei faze through him...untill gai's evening elephant reach its limits,then all obito have to do is suck him into his kamui dimension.....this outcome proves that if A owns B and B owns C
that doesnt necessary mean that A can defeat C....so this exemple fits exactly the fights in naruto

Obito will certainly defeat Gai. Yeah, Madara is too much on the defensive vs Gai. Why not use a large scale attack? I believe he can atleast delay GZai and make him use up more time and energy, eventually hastening his death.

obito cannot stay fazed indefinitely, and has to be able to react to your attacks to know when to faze. obito has to attack also to win, unless he tries to wait out the time limit until gai was to die. otherwise, if gai is able to react fast enough it only takes one hit. as for shinra tensie, who knows. we have not seen really any rennigan techs from madara besides the jutsu sucking one and rinbo. it's almost impossible to tell if it will indeed be a difference in the strength or will it be about the same. also it's not really like shinra tensie kills, it can break bones because of the force and hitting things like trees and the ground, which is most likely how gamabunta broke his bones. but in 8th gates you're gonna be more durable and able to recover much quicker. who knows though.

no obito doesn't beat Gai because of the reason you stated--Gai doesn't need to go into the 8th Gate to take him on, 6th and 7th are plenty fine and he isn't on a death timer in those But generally, I think MS Obito can beat any form of Gai

abc logic doesn't apply here. Obito's sharingan tech is the counter to the gates imo
but still, 8 Gate Gai would rank higher than MS Obito on a Top 10 list or actually maybe not cause in my original list I have ms obito above juubito, and juubito is definitely above 8 Gate Gai. Curious, very curious
