Feat wise, Lee wins Of course but i'm under the impression that they are more or less equal much like Gai and Kakashi.

I don't see Neji keeping up with upper gates. In overall power i would say Neji=Lee who can open 5 gates but 6th gate changes things. I would prefer them to grow as equals though

Im sure they are equal even tho neji is lacking in the feats department. Rivals tend to be equal no matter what In Naruto:

Naruto-Sasuke
Gai-kakashi
Hashirama-Madara
Jiriaya-orochimaru

I think we can consider them equal, but of course feat wise, Lee takes Neji.

I don't see Neji keeping up with Lee in 5th Gate + 6th Gate. Lee knows about Rotation, but he honestly strikes too quickly for that.
