The Third Kazekage was taller than his successors and much broader in figure, he had black spiky hair and wore a black coat with the front open, a blue garb around his waist and no shirt underneath. He wore a stern look at most times, his pupils were yellowish in color, he also wore black eye liner around his eyes.

The Third is hailed as the strongest Kazekage in the village's history. He also appeared to have possess a high level of intelligence as he was able to comprehend One-Tail's unique powers and produce his own version of the same technique by manipulating the magnetism in his chakra thus creating Iron Sand. The 3rd Kazekage, like all Kazekages before him, had a good sense of morality and put the safety and prosperity of the village's citizens as his highest priority. He was also a rather respectful person, he was normally kind to most people but would normally speak and act in a way that seemed as though he didn't care when he really did.

History
The Third studied the powers of the One-Tailed Raccoon and found a way to combine his own magnetic powers with iron sand to make the iron sand technique. This ability was the reason that made him renowned as the strongest Kazekage in Sunagakure's history. The Third Kazekage has the kekkei genkai ability of Magnet Release, which utilizes his own chakra to manipulate magnetic forces. Combined with his research on the Shukkaku he used this ability in combination with iron sand, manipulating it for offense and defense. With his Magnet Release, he is also able to manipulate metallic weapons used against him nullifying them. Other than that, not much is known about him. Shortly after vanishing from Sunagakure he was spotted entering the Hidden mist, no one has seen him since but it is believed he is residing there for the time being, currently unknown why.

Raiton: The first element The Third found he had an affinity with, he trained hard in the element and as such, can now perform all raiton based techniques with a single handseal.
Suiton: The Third also became quite fond of the Suiton element while in Kirigakure, as such he perfected his training and eventually gained the ability to weave Handseals when performing Suiton jutsu at a much faster rate then all other Elements besides Raiton.
Taijutsu: Although the Third prefered to keep his distance with his Iron sand, he also trained strongly in Taijutsu realising that not all battles would come down to jutsu and distance. He took pride in his hand to hand combat an as such increased his movement speed and reaction speeds in the process(the normal tai spec bonus)
Iron Sand: Due to the Thirds magnetic chakra he created the ability to manipulate Iron sand. He does this with great efficiency and, due to being the creator is unmatched in Iron sand jutsu. The Third possessed the kekkei genkai Magnet Release which allowed him to convert his chakra into strong magnetic forces, enabling him to manipulate magnetic objects. Combined with his research of Shukaku's powers, he crafted his own version of "sand-manipulation", the Iron Sand, by combining his magnetic force control with iron powder; this was the main reason why he was considered the strongest Kazekage there was. His magnetic control also granted him immunity from all metallic weapons, as well as the ability to nullify opposing puppets by clogging their joints with sand. With this "sand", he could make weapons to fit various occasions, thereby making this a very versatile technique,
Iron Gourd: The Third Kazekage carries a Iron Sand Gourd on his back, which the point of the opening is towards his left shoulder and the bottom towards the right hip. The gourd itself is made from iron sand and it holds a lot of iron sand inside the gourd. Due to his Magnetism chakra the gourd which would normally weight a great deal barely hinders him at all as he causes alot of the weight to hover while wearing it to reduce to impact it has to his abilities. He can also break the gourd itself up into Iron sand as well as Release the Iron Sand inside it during Battle.
Jaguars: While in Sunagakure The Third met a strange boy, the Jinchuuriki of the One tails Gaara, he learnt much from Gaara and also Learnt how to Summon Jaguars. he has mastered this Art and has a small tattoo of a Jaguar on his left Forearm.
Weapons: The Third also carries and array of Explosive tags, smoke bombs, kunai, shuriken and flash bombs. They're all kept in a pouch near the back of his waist. He also holsters a basic Katana on his left hip though it is rarely use.
