Kakuzu cannonically beat 3T Kakashi who had a surprise attack and took out a heart at the start of the fight. Kakuzu can beat Hebi Sasuke mid difficulty.

See Neji. Sasuke Genjutsu GG'd the saanin Orochimaru who has a 5 in genjutsu. Tsunade has a 3.5. Genjutsu followed by decapitation wins the fight.

Here is when things get interesting. Genjutsu shouldnt work. Im going with Sasuke being immune to general poisons and no Sasori's custom made poison. Sasuke should do fine defending against Sasori. Through flying and manda Sasuke can defend against the Kazekage puppet. Really the only way I see Sasuke winning is if he uses Kirin his trump card. Sasuke wins 6/10 times with high difficulty.

Kakuzu
Genjutsu GG. Sasuke can also pierce Kakuzu Earth Armor with a chidori spear and make it spread similar to how it use it against orochimaru and destroy all of the hearts.

Kisame
Kisame knows about sharingan genjutsu so thats a no go. Really Sasuke has nothing to put Kisame down except Kirin. If Kirin goes through Kisame's trump Sasuke wins. If the two jutsu cancel each other out Sasuke loses. He will run out of chakra. i honestly think the jutsu would cancel so Sasuke would stop here.

Guy (Hachimon Tonkō no Jin restricted)
Sasuke can actually win this easily if he stuns Gai in base with chidori Nagashi and goes for the kill. He can even force eye contact during this time and go for genjutsu. If Gai goes gates though Sasuke would lose. Sasuke wins Medium difficulty.

Tobirama
Sasuke's only hope is kirin which I think he can get off. He should win.
