Flower tree world with the pollen is a killer to someone like minato. Also I feel like the alive version of minato couldn't kill hashirama through his SM healing. But any character with FTG always has a chance to win a fight no matter what the odds.

Basically both are untouchable. While Minato can counter via FTG, Hashi has his wood defense and regeneration.
But if hashi creates a forest and this pollen crap what Madara did against 5 Kage, Minato has no choice as to escape. He can't fight against Hashirama in a forest.
