why didn't MINATO sealed full kyuubi inside Naruto
if he sealed whole nine tails then Naruto would beat madara easily

Probably because a halfassed Uzumaki can't handel Kyuubi or it is not wise to seal whole Kyuubi inside Kid Naruto which is why he was forced to commit suicide.

Madara was capable to easily control the full Kyuubi Kurama,so it would not make a difference in power for Naruto,besides sealing the full power of the 9 tails is physically impossible for a baby to take that demon inside it.

It was difficult for Minato to seal the entire nine-tails with by himself, with low chakra, and with limited time. Bijuu sealing usually takes many people and it also takes a very long time. Look at how long and complicated it was for the Akatsuki.

Minato also stated that the Reaper Death seal and his body could only take so much, since the chakra would have to pass through him. Also like everyone else is saying, it would be easier for Naruto to gain control over the Kyuubi if he only had to deal with half.
