Honestly, I don't want to see him unmasked. What could we really gain from seeing his mouth? A scar and another back story from his childhood? As much as I love Kakashi, I don't think unmasking him would help his character at all. We'd probably just be disappointed again.

I think kakashi have a hot face. When Team seven in pt.1 tried to see kakashi's face while he was eating, they missed it. But ichiraku and his daughter was smiling and blushing. Also his dogs seen his face.
