I believe kisame win mid to high thanks to his enormous chakra reserves, massive suiton Justus and samehada and his great shark bomb could potential one shot kakashi

Kisame wins with mid difficulty.

Current Kakashi has to get "very close" to accurately aim Kamui.

If kamui is restriced, kisame stomps kakashi.(kakashi has ZERO ways of killing him) If kakashi's eyesight is really deteriorating and he can only kamui at close range, kisame can use water clones and flood the battle field to block out his vision.

It's funny that people are using "current" as some sort of detriment given Kakashi's deteriorating vision.

I'll keep that in mind next time there are Jiraiya, Raikage, Hebi Sasuke, Itachi, and a variety of other threads involving similar characters. Jiraiya will have an arm torn off and nailed to the ground by Pain stakes. Raikage will only have one arm. Hebi Sasuke will have no wings and chakra depleted. Itachi will be blind by default.

That was different case. Bee didn't use Raiton inside water. Also, Kakashi is more proficient in Raiton than Bee. The same thing will happen with Madara. Kisame uses Suiton, Kakashi uses Raiton causing electricity within water, and Kisame tries to absorb it, his body goes numb and paralyzed [
