These are all at their peak. I really don't know where to put Hiruzen. I personally don't think we've seen enough, we've just heard the legends. As for Kakashi... I think he's extremely intelligent, and could possibly beat a majority of the list. I just didn't know how to put him in over Naruto or Sasuke.

well.. considering 8 gates is the only thing so far in the manga to even touch juubi madara and a non juubi madara made quick work of tobirama and even put hashi out of commission

however since 8 gates completely destroys the user and eventually kills them should it be included ?

either way a top ten list is nonsence in the first place since narutoverse isnt ABC logic..

there are a lot of character that can beat other characters that are put on a top ten list narutoverse is like rock paper scissors

8 gates is a double edged sword. He doesn't win nor lose a fight. To me, that alone doesn't make him top 10 for that reason. By that logic Minato's RDS would put him above almost everyone.

Itachi's just as underrated as he is overrated, so he's truly neither because it balances out. Naruto/Sasuke are above Itachi though. However, Itachi>Bee and everyone else on this list is above Bee as well.
