How OP would Eight Gates Guy be with a Kyuubi cloak? He was OP enough today to make Madara bleed, and I guess Naruto will give him the Kyuubi cloak, after which he'll further damage Madara and die like a legend. ;_;

I don't nothing it would make a different the cloak is chakra, the gates uses stamina, the boy person who would be enhanced by it is Sakura, who uses chakra I'm boost her speed and stength.
