Kakashi losing sight explains why his Kamui has been weaker recently

So, we've finally got a confirmation - Kakashi's sight is getting weaker.

Ever since after Kakashi warped Gedo Mazo's arm (in which case Kamui was just as fast and powerful as ever), it has been getting weaker. While before Kakashi could warp a person in a blink of an eye, recently his and Obito's joint efforts were barely enough to do so before Madara's attack.

This also explains why Kakashi didn't simply warp Rikudo Madara, even though we got a confirmation in this chapter that he can't, in fact, stop Kamui, as some people have believed. It has been shown that Kakashi needs to get closer to his target now to use Kamui due to sight deterioration. Add to this the fact that it is now slower than it used to be and you have the answer why Kakashi couldn't Kamui Madara. Not because Madara can nullify it, but because Kakashi would need to get closer to him (which would already be difficult) and it has been slowed down to the point in which Madara could most likely escape it.

In other words, if Kakashi's vision hadn't been deteriorating, Madara would be helpless against Kamui. U_U

So I guess that means kakashi will go blind soon. He may get obito's eye though. It isn't that surprising though. From a plot standpoint, it's obvious that once naruto/sasuke return to the battlefield, they are going to be the main players in madara's defeat.

and even if kakashi was near he would need some time to completely warp madara. so madara can easily KO him before kakashi even warps him completely. If madara was caught off guard yeah he would be helpless against kamui.
but if kakshi is foolish enough to use it madara gets a free ticket to obito and naruto and the series is over. madara wins lol

Obito has Senju DNA and it's widely known that Senju DNA helps the Sharingan. (For example, in case of KA it drastically reduced its cooldown, from years to a single day).

Kishimoto has made a very good decision to make Kakashi's sight deteriorate.
This is the only way in which Madara's not being warped isn't an asspull.

Not really. If he hadn't gone blinder, he would have used it on Madara before Obito, Naruto and Sakura even got to the second dimension. Thus, Madara would be trapped there alone and Obito could just seal Kyuubi in Naruto in the normal dimension.

It has nothing to do with the sight. It's just a fan excuse. I bet he can kamui snipe 4-7 more times. And if lord kakashi think play times over, he might snipe madara head off, kakashi has it under control all along XD

you forget that in the chapter were kakashi was talking obito dwn after he was defeated, obito said all he could see was darkness and then he said to kakashi that he has the same eyes so what they see should be the same, kakashi agreed but said that because he looks to the light he can see...then we saw thru obitos eye and it was pitch black with the only light being narutos rasenshuriken
