Juubito would definitely be in worse shape, but Juubito/Obito also has taken some good damage. (Kakashi pierced him, Naruto slashed him with a kunai, he took a sage mode rasengan if i remember correctly)...still madara has more battle experience and seems more durable. I'm having a hard time agreeing that this makes Gai stronger though if he ends up dying after anyways.

In the recent chapter(669) Gair has shown that he is more than capable of holding his own against rikudo Madara, in fact gained an advantage over Madara. This shows that is he is currently tied for #1 spot in top 10. Lawd Gai solo's.

Do not be blinded,Gai needed Lee,Minato,Gaara and Kakashi help to do any damage and not be contoured by Madara. That's a FACT so do not try to white wash the truth or you cheapens Gai ultimate sacrifice.
