We know that "block any attack" is hyperbole. It's a very strong shield, resistant to elemental attacks to give it a boost. However, Susano'o has limits. And anyway, Itachi lacks the stamina to deal with Naruto for long periods of time, while Naruto has nearly endless chakra. Naruto has Bijuu Mode speed and Sage Mode reflexes, and can enter BSM almost instantly.

Itachi is very powerful, and he'd be a challenge for Naruto... but Naruto's raw power makes it such a safe and forgiving match-up for him, while Itachi needs to make every move count.

I don't mean this as an insult to Itachi or his fans; Itachi is great, and exemplary as both an Uchiha and a ninja. However, Naruto is on another level now. Their powers were roughly equal while Naruto only had KCM, perhaps leaning towards Itachi. This balance shifted when Naruto gained Bijuu Mode, and Naruto had a clear edge. At this point, BSM is just too overwhelming when you consider that Kabuto's Sage Mode enhanced his reflexes to the point where he could avoid Amaterasu; Naruto has that, on top of being able to use BM to sense when an attack is coming, and far more raw speed.

One Tsukuyomi. (Different planes of existence and too quick for the body and the beast to react, and even ends at the second of realization) Defensively Itachi would destroy Naruto.

No one truly thinks that. Everyone knows that BSM Naruto is stronger than Itachi lol. People just voted for Itachi because they could (I didn't, I voted for Naruto). Itachi actually would give Naruto a good fight though, he wouldn't have "the most humiliating death in the series" like you are insinuating. But he would still lose unless he formulated a plan prior to the fight, but that wouldn't exactly be a fair fight now would it?

Let's factor normal pre-battle strategies... Naruto doesn't start off in BSM.... He'd normally stay in Base or KCM. Itachi ALWAYS opens with a Genjutsu..... Be it a basic or Sharingan based Genjutsu, or even Tsukuyomi. Well, now Kurama could surge Chakra into Naruto to break Genjutsu within seconds, what if Itachi actually uses Tsukuyomi, there's no prep time for it and it lasts & finishes before the human body can react or even realize it's fallen into Tsukuyomi. Naruto would be pushed to the edge and THEN be forced into Bijuu Mode and wreck Itachi, unless Naruto's stupid enough to use TBB on Itachi's Susano'o... Remember, Yata Mirror blocks, AND reflects... (and that's if Naruto somehow survives being Tsukuyomi'd)

Naruto's only chance of victory lies in Taijutsu and speed blitzing... Hopefully he doesn't blitz into a Totsuka Blade attack... Intelligence and strategy can beat brute force which Itachi ALWAYS goes into the battle with. But Naruto does have high chances... I'll give Naruto 5/10.

What you mean fair? Naruto goes in head first more often than not, planning beforehand completely distorts Naruto's character. Even so, Naruto's doesn't formulate the strategies, it's his teammates. He's only battle intelligent on the ropes with deceptions and feints. Impulse strategies are his specialty. Not planned out battle tactics.
