You realize this is the Giant Pale Kabuto right? Not the normal teenager one. He is going to be affected by the giant open space. He fights better in enclosed areas.

The Third is kind of a toss-up for me. He can't sustain is lightning armour against White Rage (just like Sasuke couldn't sustain his Susano'o). But the Raikage could blitz Kabuto, and Kabuto is sure as hell going to have a hard time going into Sage Mode. And Kabuto can't tank his attack via liquidation and healing, since liquidation is weak against Raiton.
