Have you guys ever think of how powerful were two sons of the sage of the six paths...I think they were more powerful than hashirama and madara...what do you guys think?

most likely, the bloodline probably go less powerful down the line. See how less powerful the current senju and uchihas are.

Probably more than just Mokuton. he probably had control over other things too. Dojutsu are from the Elder son while Kekegenkais like Kimimaro and Juggo are from the younger son.

They are the direct descendants of Hagoromo, so its logical to assume that they were more powerful than their new counterparts(Madara, Hashirama).
My bet is that the elder son had a complete mastery of the rinnegan, and possessed the strongest chakra second only to the sage, where the younger son had everything Hashirama has(except Wood release, senjetsu) times 25.

Madara(EMS) << Elder son

I mean they are only descendants so imagine the power the elder sons had and odds are that their father (SO6P) could've taught them things that Hashirama and Madara don't even know. Its a theory. But is sounds possible, Because hashi isnt the only one who can heal without hand signs. Juggo took a hit from raikage and was fine after. Raikage is top 5 for strongest punch imo. And Kimimaro has a body that can take on Garras sand which ripped regular people apart and crippled Lee. Although there is less dojutsu though only the sharingan and the byakugan, probably because the younger son was chosen by the Sage to be his successor. Also due to their belief the Elder son probably only populate with in its own group while the younger son is more open to allowing his side to marry who ever they like. This is why Hashi is married to a Uzumaki and Uchiha are not known to marry anyone outside the clan.
