Kabuto can tank rasengan by liquefying himself. So that's out of the picture, Kabuto can sense FTG just like Madara was able to, and has fast reflexes as shown when he easily dodged Sasuke's arrow. And if he isn't actually fast enough, he can do what Bee did by using Kimimaro's bones to defend against FTG. "Then how come Itachi was able to cut off Kabuto's horn?" Well, Itachi was actually going for his face, and Kabuto easily dodged, but as he said, he forgot he had horns. Summons? Gamabunta is the Boss Frog, Manda 2 would kill him easily, especially since he is several times bigger than Gamaunta. Kabuto's sage mode is FAAAAR greater than Minato's. Minato has no counter to Sound Genjutsu.

Kabuto has full intel on Minato. I mean, if he knew the Tobi was Obito, and about Madara's dead whereabouts, and lengthy detail on a lot of dead ninja, then as a famous Hokage, I don't see why Kabuto wouldn't.
