"Once these two are down", it's not that easy + don't forget that there is also Obito.
Itachi make good tactic, other members are enough to make opening for totsuka.

Madara takes this. Hidan is pretty useless, they can use him for bait since Edo Madara can't bleed. The Akatsuki has a very large diversity when it comes to Jutsu. I would've said that the Akatsuki would win and then I remembered the eye ablities, Madara annihilates them if he activates PS. Plus, his Rinnegan techniques would be trouble enough.

Whoops i didn't see that.
I will still say that Akatsuki take this. Again Itachi can make tactict, with Nagato's power and power of other S-Class i'm sure that they can take down Madara, problem would be meteor, but i could see Nagato somehow push it back, or at least give them enough time to get out of the way.

completely underestimate itachi, and to say itachi is measly is pure ignorance on your part. If itachi was healthy and had the reserves there is absolutely no defending against t otsuka blade and no penetrating yata mirror. But this is madara we talking about lol doubt there is anything this man doesn't know
