Hello all, I am a new member to this forum and community. I'm sure that this is a bit tiring for the Mods and Admins, since there are quite a bit of new members pouring in from the internet 
. But before I get to ask about Mods, Admins, and the like, I want to introduce myself first:bouncy:!
My name is Miguel, nice to meet you all! I am a 14 year-old Christian, and Colombian (South America, not the District of Columbia). I live in Miami, Florida. I am a pianist, and a singer =D . I love music, writing, science, and technology. I watch a bit of Naruto every now and then, and I always make sure to catch up with the manga whenever I have the time.
Eh. I think that's it for the introduction... I think I have more to say, but the rest I'm sure I can leave in the bio.
Now, about the higher-ups. Who are they? I'm not talking about what they do, I'm talking about who they are. How many are there, what are their names, etc. etc.
