now here we see the god tree coming out of the juubi.....

The God tree was released from the back of the Juubi. Plus if the whole Juubi was actually released out then we should have seen the Juubi's head lying on the ground holding the tree. But it wasn't. That means, the released tree was just an attack in Juubi's arsenal similar to how Juubito pulled a tree out of the ground which were about to release four Bijuudamas. Remember the Juubi wasn't out. It was inside Obito but still the grown tree was able to form Bijuudama. In short, Juubito was controlling everything

the shinju is 3/4ths of the juubi, or its 1/4th of the juubi idk. but think of it like this when kaguya took the fruit the god tree transformed into the v1 state of the juubi. Obito still kept a fraction of its power its that simple. With Obito not being in control and not being the juubi jin, the god tree had no source of power, that is also why it was absorbing chakra of the alliance cause it needed more and wanted it back.so once the bijuu got pulled from obito the tree became a simple tree. its kinda confusing though i agree and what i said makes somewhat sense but really how is somebody gonna just assume what i assumed if theyre watching the anime or something straight through when it comes out
