Tears of joy: After naruto returns (in pain arc) the whole village helds naruto high and naruto becoming the village's hero.. Iruka saying with tears "Third hokage.. there is a hero in front of us..!!!" :T_T:

Neji's death in the manga, but I find the anime has many emotional scenes that with added music and emotions in the characters voices make them extremely emotional.

Most of the death scenes are very sad, but I always got a lump in my throat when Naruto and Gaara are saying good bye after he's revived. It's not sad, just a beautiful moment, and the ending to Road to Ninja.

Yeah, of course anime usually enhanced the manga part. I didn't feel that emotional by just reading the manga.

Naruto's and Kushina's moment in the anime will always be my most emotional moment ever.
