I want to say Ino could win this but I see Hinata winning due to byugukan. Ino can't use the hair trap since it's has chakra in it. I think the war arc Ino who took on Asuma for a little bit could at least beat part one Hinata, but current Hinata is a problem. Maybe if Ino use her younger self to try and distract old Hinata, she could mind transfer into her and set up a trap when she releases.

As of now, I see Hinata winning mid-high diff. Mostly just depends on how the match plays out.

Ino can't catch Hinata with a hair bluff like she did with Sakura because Hinata can see the chakra. She also can't feint a Mind Transfer, because she can see if she's really using a jutsu.

If hinata even touches Ino, her organs turn into Jelly.

So, she can't use close combat or Mind Transfer. Basically, she only has throwing Kunai and Shuriken now.

I think mind transfer can be a factor here... It sends her spiritual energy, not chakra (that in aware of). Plus she can curve it now, so that's something.

Basically I think Ino does stand some kind of chance ;~;

Making the hand seals to use Mind Transfer would require Chakra. All Ninjutsu needs Chakra to work. the byakugan can see the chakra and Hinata can react to it. By turning ino Into jelly. Or dodging.

Only Pt 2 Ino can curve it. Part 1 can't, so she's a sitting duck if she uses it. If Pt2 Ino takes over Either Hinata, the other can kill Pt1 Ino and Pt2 Ino is basically stuck between suicide and death by Hinata.

Only way I can see Ino pulling this win off is if she can somehow get pt 2 Hinata immobilized so pt 1 can mind transfer into her and have Pt 1 Hinata shut pt 2 Hinata with pt 1 Ino with her, then pt 2 Ino finishing pt 1 Hinata. Ino also now has some sort of earth wall, Earth Release Enclosing Wall, so I think she could probably use that to good effect, maybe to block a air palm or something.

It's a stretch, but if she can somehow keep part two immobilized, (or trick her for that matter) I think the Inos stand a chance. But I still give the win to Hinata over all, I just want to think of scenarios Ino could probably take it.
