So i kinda wanted to give away my personal opinions on whenever jiraiya legacy can ever be acheaved and will naruto ever acheave it, the legacy is basically whenever there will ever be true peace on earth, and from my understanding i have to say there will never be such thing,
Even Kishi will not be able to execute it properly since its his story, and not completely jiraiyas or naruto, point of view. If kishi really tries something like that the story might just collapse, and i mean specifically the ending and that sort of bullshit.

True Peace will never happen!
the reason peace can hope too exist is because of war and violence, without that how can you understand what peace even is or how could you picture it? you might aswell find something else thats poking you and you will inevitably try to stop that aswell. Because you can only understand true peace by knowing suffering and being in conflict.

With every good there has to be balance of evil, and with every evil there will be a portion of good. and the new generations are born to be passed that torch the be protectors of it.

Thats why true peace wont exist.
although i kind feel like jiraiya was always against imperialism for some reason or is it just me?

i agree 100 percent i think madara is trully one of the most good characters in naruto, its just kishi is trying to picture him as a bad guy or antagonist, but for example if he was writing a story in madara point of view, he would be the good guy, trying too acheave peace thorugh war, fight and sacrifice. although he is missing the point of suffering.
