Hinata has the byakugan AND hakke kusho. Zabuza will lose his sword.
I'd say Hinata takes this mid-high diff due to having byakugan which negates Zabuza's best skill.

sword is too huge, twin lion can probably block it or she could dodge
if hinata avoids/blocks the sword and then attacks she could get kicked by zabuza just like kakashi

Zabuza isn't stupid. He will notice Hinata's eyes and realize that she is from the Hyuga, and that she has Byakugan. He will not use the mist jutsu because it will be ineffective to begin with. Although Hinata has her Twin Lion Fists, she is still inferior when it comes to taijutsu. Zabuza has a 4.5 while Hinata has a 3.5.
That attack it's too linear. Zabuza has better strength, more ninjutsu, and better speed. He also has his sword which can block from Hinatas attacks. Hinata's only chance would be to best him in CQC and hit his chakra network, but that will not happen because even Kakashi couldn't handle this easily. Zabuza has water clones that could deceive Hinata and he could strike her easily.

Hinata has no chance in hell of reacting or even hitting Zabuza. He has great physical strength and good taijutsu reflexes.

Now, what does Hinata have? A Byakugan that won't make any difference other than actually seeing Zabuza, and a fodder twin lion fist technique that couldn't even land a hit on Pain. For those who are saying that Hinata can win, log off. You're drunk.
