Okay so who here has watched the anime or read the manga of Blue Exorcist / AO No Exorcist?
What are your thoughts on the series so far? in my opinion things seem to be going well although that beach party arc felt like filler and half the arc prior to that was dull to much dialogue for my taste until Todo came into the picture in that arc I really started to get pulled in.

I myself am patiently waiting for Amaimon to have a big battle I really wan't to see him utilize that earth manipulation to its full extent. I also am curious as to whats going on in Shima's head his character is rather unique if you ask me.

Yeah I know I was already there, that thread seems to be a more overall discussion of the series mine is just a temporary one here to find other fans.

The Anime I feel didnt do it justice, I've currently read all the way to the 11th volume, Mephisto is the most interesting character to me you can't truly tell which side he is on. Like he's almost on neither but he wants to watch the world go to war :L

I have not read the manga, although I have seen all of the anime. I felt like the ending was complete bullshit and injustice to the entire series. It felt like they just absolutely ass pulled those few last episodes.
Bleh.

Besides those last episodes, I really enjoyed it. Especially the overall premise and setting.​

Doesn't necessarily justify the shitty ending. Multiple anime have had a similar situation but they didn't have that bad of an ending. ​
