Bigger disappointment Hashirama or Minato?

None of them . Cmon they are Edos not even at their full power , u cannot really expect them to do something more than that they have done in this war since it is just not their time to shine . For me the whole war arc is to show how the next generation is surpassing the older one.Gave them some breath space if Minato and Hashirama wasn't there the manga could have ended at the moment Obito became Juubi Jin . You judge them too hard. Tbh u should add Tobirama to that list too . Except that he invented "everything" all his attempts to hurt Obito/Madara Failed .

i still don't get these people who think that edo madara beat edo hashi, did they read the same manga? hashi had madara pinned down and had wood dragons draining his chakra. while at the same time madara did have chakra rods in hashi, but they where being rendered useless has madara was getting his chakra drained and thus hashi was relatively ok. i laugh at the people saying madara wasn't taking the fight seriously, when he obviously was, he even went PS in the fight. not to mention he wanted to fight he really bad, the only reason he gained the advantage was because he was revived. remember this was a madara that was brought back past his prime. as for minato, literally the only times he has been hit is from juubi jin, he lives up to his hype, and has saved the alliance at least twice.

I am pretty satisfied with Minato and Hashirama tbh. Madara on the otherhand, had a rather pathetic display. With all the asspull powerups he received, he wasn't even able to defeat Hashirama till he had literally ALL of his powers. That was pretty weak and pathetic if you ask me. Madara was supposed to be a legendary Uchiha, he was supposed to show us how OP the sharingan can be if used to its potential. instead he ended being the poster child of the senju DNA fan club.

Neither has really failed, they can only do so much.

- Hashirama held Madara back and kept the pressure off the alliance by preventing Madara wreaking havoc.

- Meanwhile Minato pretty much baby-sat everyone, especially Naruto & Sasuke while saving the entire alliance from death on a couple occasions.

Both did what they could when not even at full power.

The rods have already solod Hashirama before Madara took anything from him. Sm was just a desert...

I wouldnt consider madara toying with hashi when they were edo. If black zetsu didnt take over obito that instant he would have been sealed.

I think they both have been a lil disapointing. Minato was doin great till the last 6 or so chapters. Plot made him look bad making such foolish mistakes.

Actually he couldnt transfer any chakra to the black poles because of hashis mokuton keeping him empty on chakra. Only once he was revived and free was hashi completely immobile
