i personally think that ther will be a tie because both of them have magnet release and thers a chance that both their attacks will repel each other

OT: 3rd kazekage was called strongest even after 4th had he time

@bold: I wouldn't go that far.
He was said to be the strongest by the same people who watched Gaara fighting in a desert, i'm pretty sure the hype included Jinchuuriki Gaara.
Current Gaara + Shukaku is most likely a different story though.
