[Question] post deleted? rep lost?

Recently took the time to write a well thought out post yesterday in the Naruto vs Sasuke manga section of the forums. It was there about an hour ago, and now it's gone? Did it somehow get deleted by a mod? And did I lose the rep I gained from making the post? Just wondering as I am still new to NB. Thanks

You lost it, it wouldn't make sense to gain rep on something that no longer exists, because if the rep still existed, the post would still exist thus making the deletion null and void.

even if your post is deleted you dont lose the rep.!!

the rep still remains, it just doesn't show up on your User CP... wait until you get another Rep and you'll see

Once, by mistake, I deleted a post accidentally which I gained rep with. Later, I went to my User CP to check my rep and it remained the same. If this is true, I guess there is no problem regarding it. But I don't know about the deletion of threads. If the rep still exists, it must have moved or something.

yep, u lose the notification but your rep never changes.

If you mean the Sasuke VS Naruto Thread in the Manga section, I verified that thread and no deleted posts appear. In fact I saw some of your posts but no post there was deleted, which is strange considering the amount of spam in it. If your posts doesn't appear in your recent posts list which I also verified and your posts seem fine, it may be a technical issue. Nonetheless verify again cause everything appears to be normal. As for rep, I don't believe you loose it.

Hmmm, its showing I have total 2 post klaus? Are you able to see the really long one that I posted with manga pics supporting my claims? That's the one I'm referring to if so maybe its just my phone but i can see my other 2 just fine. Also just to clarify, are you suggesting my post should of been deleted because of spam? And if so care to elaborate what I wrote in my post you considered spam? Thanks.
