Naruto has become so powerful and fast. He is even
the most powerful sensory type now.
I believe that Naruto would win, putting aside that
Naruto is the main character, if you look at their
abilities you can see that Naruto can win
Naruto: -Sage Mode (increased it, can transform
almost instantly and for longer periods). Sage Mode
makes him extremely fast and physically powerful,
not to mention being able to sense chakra and a
boost in Ninjutsu.
-Nine-tails Mode: Naruto has already began to take
control of the Nine-Tails' power and if he can finally
change the Nine Tails' heart (like he does with so
many people in the show) he can use its power to
its full advantage, Sasuke's Genjutsu would be
useless (it's already much weaker than Itachi's
Tsukuyomi).
-Rasengan: It can counter the Chidori (Raikiri) as it's
about equally powerful with the advantage that it
doesn't take an extreme amount of chakra like the
Chidori.
-Extremely high chakra: Since Naruto has such high
amount of chakra (about 4 times the average size),
should it come to a stall war, Naruto can stall much
easier than Sasuke, Sasuke will be drained out of
chakra much faster
-Extremely high stamina and determination: Naruto
has extremely high Stamina being a member of the
Uzumaki clan, and his determination is unbeatable,
that's how he was able to beat so many enemies.
Sasuke: -Mangekyo Sharingan: That includes both
Amaterasu and Susanoo with its legendary weapons.
Sasuke can't cast Tsukuyomi like Itachi did, his
Genjutsu pales in comparison to Itachi's.
-Chidori
-Other Fire and Electric based attacks (such as Great
Fireball etc).
-Exceptionally smart
Naruto in Sage or Nine Tails mode can move faster
than the eye can see, so he can avoid Sasuke's
Amaterasu. His bigger problem is the Susanoo as he
can pretty much counter any other technique Sasuke
throws at him (he does know how to repel weak
Genjutsu, he learned it from Jiraiya). Perhaps using
that power Itachi gave him he can counter Susanoo,
and even without it, the Nine Tails' chakra should
be enough to beat it or at least stall out until Sasuke
runs out of chakra and stamina.
