Alright, first off we're doing definitions. Please explain what the following terms are in relation to how you personally perceive it (what you think it is), and how it is on NarutoBase.

Freeform Taijutsu

Cannon Taijutsu

Kaito's Taijutsu (you won't be learning this, I just want you to know what it is and what you think of it)

Timeframe

I also want you to explain the differences between "Freeform Taijutsu" and "Cannon Taijutsu", as well as how they are similar. Once I believe you have a good understanding of all of this, we can move onto training in techniques (which will be much easier if you can understand all of this).

IDK if i'm wrong or right but i tried my best (^^,)

1. Freeform Taijutsu is the type of Taijutsu that can be used freely by the user for example: if i go at the opponent and attack him with a series or kicks and punches and then use a jutsu, the user needs to post only the jutsu that he performed and it doesn't counts as a used jutsu and anyone can perform this type of Taijutsu even if i don't have any training in Taijutsu at all, for example: As Staz sees the opponent directly in his eyes he charges towards him and attacks the opponent by raising his left leg and kicking him in his head throwing his enemy down, and as the opponent tries to get up Staz runs and goes at the opponent and hits him with his right arm directly in the opponent's face knocking him down. Something like this i think, also those jutsus don't require chakra, the types of Taijutsus that require chakra are Dead Bone Pulse And Gentle Fist.

2. Cannon Taijutsu is a type of Taijutsu that can't be used in Freeform and need to be posted because the user needs to utilize special abilities to use it and that can't be simply used in Freeform, there are 2 types: Strong Fist that don't requires chakra and can be used by anyone, the other type is Gentle Fist that can be only used by Hyuuga Clan due to their Visual Prowess and with their Byuakugan they can see the opponent's chakra points and with the help of Gentle fist they can stop their chakra flow in their entire body, also there is another type that is extremly rare and can be only used by Kaguya Clan, Dead Bone Pulse or Shikotsumyaku, this form of Taijutsu can be used only by Kaguya clan and they use their own sceletal structure.

3. I don't know anything about this type of Taijutsu, i only know that is a Taijutsu only used in the base and is really popular and in the future if i want to improve my taijutsu skills i think i should learn this type of Taijutsu too.

4. Timeframe is the key of Taijutsu, by getting the Timeframe correctly the user can accurately
attack or defend the opponent, since Taijutsu is faster and closer in combat than Ninjutsu/Genjutsu the user must be more careful and for example: If i'm in close range and the opponent tries to make a sequence of hand seals, he doesn't have time to complete them so i take the opportunity and attack him. This goes for when i'm in mid-range too, so as i said i need to be careful, because now the opponent now has more time to complete the hand seals and if i get the timing wrong i'll just be hurted by the jutsu and the opponent won't get harmed. This is what i understand with Timeframe Sensei.

Freeform Taijutsu is essentially as you described; where one very accurately describes their motions. In essence, Freeform Taijutsu is the tree from which all other techniques branch and blossom. When describing a strike in Freeform, or Cannon Taijutsu, "i punch you" is rarely adequate; "Planting my left foot on the ground before you, with my body turned so my left hip is forwards, I turn my body and begin to extend my right arm, making contact with the solar plexus and twisting my wrist as I make contact, snapping my arm to full extension as I twist for extra power". That's generally Freeform Taijutsu.

Yes, Cannon Taijutsu essentially matches what you said, but not all Cannon Taijutsu cannot be attained through Freeform; there are techniques which are simply "a strong punch". Nothing terribly special there. In this Strong Fist lesson, I'll be sure to go through the unique techniques in more depth than the ones that can be obtained through Freeform.

Kaito's Tai is essentially that; Taijutsu created by Kaito (or Zen, or Nirvana) that exists only on the base. It utilizes chakra in its strikes to make them more powerful, and as I do not know Kaito's Tai, I can't say more than that.

Timeframe is a tad more complicated. You see, it is the order in which events happen. Using simple examples, your opponent says "I punch you in the face, then step back and raise my other leg to kick you in the chin, before lowering that leg and extending it sideways to kick you in the chest". You cannot act before the punch is thrown; that is breaking timeframe. However, after the punch is thrown you can block it, and as he's stepping back you can perform a counter. Timeframe is how the series of events unfolds, and it is very important when talking about Taijutsu.

Now, if there are no questions, we shall begin with 1000 Years of Death. Now, my clone here will perform Dynamic Entry, attempting to kick you in the face with a flying kick. Using Freeform Taijutsu, allow the kick to go over your head (you may have to use a basic block), and as he lands behind you will be your opportunity to strike. 1000 Years of Death is performed by forming the Tiger handseal, and forcibly ramming it up your opponent's backside. Now, because Taijutsu is all about creativity and timeframe, I'll simply leave you with "allow my clone to go over you" and "use 1000 Years of Death".

Running towards the student, Clone 1 leapt into the air, drawing his left leg back and extending his right one fully, allowing his momentum to pull the blade of his foot towards the student's face.

Thank you for clearing it for me Sensei, i readed it all and i understanded it :)

As the opponent is coming at him from the air with his left leg back and with his right leg extended, Staz just bends his head down succesfuly dodging his opponent then he quickly runs at his opponent's back and makes the Tiger handseal surprising the opponent because he thinks that he'll use a Ninjutsu technique but he was wrong because Staz didn't tried to use any jutsu he maked the Tiger hand seal, "Leaf Secret Jutsu: Thousand Years Of Pain/Sennen Goroshi @_@" and he forcibly rams it at the opponent's backside[ass:|] sending in the air flying with anime tears in his eyes.

One thing I must mention about your usage is that you must block every technique, and in freeform taijutsu the same follows. Even though simply ducking could work, my clone could simply perform a mid-air back-flip and end up upside-down, his arms ready to grab you and attack while you're ducked down, in a vulnerable position. A better counter to an opponent flying towards you is to separate your feet and bend your knees to get low (make sure that you don't go down to one knee, as you lose mobility), and use your forearm to redirect his leg either to the side or further above you (only go further above if he's considerably high up). By redirecting his momentum, you can force your opponent away from you and open up a spot to attack. I know I said "let him go over you", but you should still use your arm to block, watch your opponent at all times (with your arm up and you watching, you'd be able to respond to counters much quicker and easier), and be ready to move. This is the way I want to train Taijutsu; give strategy and tactics for how to fight in close-combat, rather than "technique grind". However, the performance of the actual just was on par with my expectations. Remember that kunai adds versatility to the justu.

Now I want to touch on combinations; using techniques together in order to increase their effectiveness. So, with my clone as a sparring partner, you are going to take the initiative. Begin by running at my clone and leaping high into the air, extending one leg out while holding the other one in; the Dynamic Entry he used earlier. Make sure to leap at the right distance and speed to be able to kick him in the face. As my clone is recovering from the hit, and you've landed behind him, spin around quickly with one leg extended to perform a low sweeping kick, to send my clone off his center of balance even more. After my clone has fallen to the ground from the leg sweep, I want you to perform a solid punch straight to the chest. One thing to remember about punches is to hold your fist at your side, with your elbow bent, in a "ready" position, and to extend it straight out; you lose power if you swing it in an arc, and it's not as fast/effective.

Now, I'm leaving the description as vague as I can so that you can add your own style and description, but that's essentially what I want you to do. After you've done that, depending on how things go, I may have my clone respond to the attacks so you can see what could happen in a fight, and I may possibly turn this into a spar where you techniques along the way; we shall see.

Sorry for the late reply :(

After completing the 1st jutsu and AssPoking the Sensei's clone, Sensei tells him that he will have a spar with his Clone, after hearing the instructions Omoi gets ready and runs at the opponent, before coming close to him he leaps into the air and extends his right leg forward and holds the left leg in and rushes forward the opponent exactly like Sensei's clone did before, the clone isn't blocking or avoiding the kick so it goes right in the clone's face knocking him in the ground, before the clone could recover he runs behind him, then he quickly begins to spin around the clone with his left leg extended attacking him with a lew sweeping kick unbalancing him and leaving out of control of his body and making him fall in the ground, after the opponent falls in the ground Omoi takes the opportunity and he extends his right arm straight towards the opponent while still having his elbow bented, he punches the opponent with a strong punch in the chest knocking him down and making him disperse.

I know it sucks ;_; IDK why i'm not good with details for Taijutsu the idea are just not coming :( that happens with Ken too :p but it's the opposite thing with elemental Nin/Gen training Lol.

*Doesn't care about lateness*

*As the foot connects with his head, my clone stumbles backwards, bending backwards as the student flew past him with his momentum (one thing to note, you wouldn't have to run around my clone; your force would pull you past him as you kick his head; think of a boulder thrown at the top of an evergreen tree. It simply takes out some branches at the top, makes the tree lean back a bit, and the the tree rights itself while the rock continues beyond it; you are the rock, which continues behind my clone, instead of having to run there yourself). Stumbling backwards to maintain his balance, as my clone tried to get his bearing straight, his legs were taken out from under him, and he fell on his back, facing the student who put him down. Trying to push himself up as quickly as he could, the clone was subjected to a punch to the chest, causing him to disperse.*

Okay, so just a few pointers on your move, which was good in and of itself (especially for training), the first thing I want to mention, aside from what I already have, is that when you knock my clone to the ground, you can get on your knees on top of his shoulders and punch straight down, to make sure his counters are severely limited. Though it's not really important, I may as well mention placement. If you want to hurt someone, the solar plexus (where the ribs meet, just below the pectorals where the rib bones start to separate) is the spot to aim for (so is the groin on guys). If you want to push off an opponent, kick their pectorals/chest. Stomach is a spot to aim for if you want to distract someone, but hurt them at the same time, as you can do considerably more damage in one strike if you hit elsewhere. On the face, uppercut to the jaw, straight strike to the nose or either temple are good places; just for reference. While it may be tempting to smash someone directly on the head, I suggest shoulder as it could cause dislocation and hinder them in a hand-to-hand fight; in this RP, people will likely get back up and fight after a head strike. But it was good; I liked it.

Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:10
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
The next technique is quite simple in concept. First, you run at your opponent, and then jump into the air. Then, you'll need to spin one way or the other, and throw a roundhouse kick to the side of your opponent's head, preferably aiming for their temple or the back of the jaw just under the ear (if you push on it with your fingers, you'll understand why aiming to hit it with a kick would be effective). Then, after throwing the high kick, which your opponent is likely to block, you'll need to twist your body the other way and throw a low kick to your opponents ribs on the side (the lower on the opponent's side, above the waist, you aim, the more likely you are to break something). And that's the technique; high kick to draw attention away from the low kick, which is where your power lies.
Now, with the high kick, there are three things which are likely to happen. The first is your opponent blocks it with his forearm, and if this happens, you can simply push off his arm with your kick's power to help your second kick get extra power. The second is your opponent could catch your foot, in which case you use your now-stationary foot as a pivot point (which will take some core effort) to turn your body, and simply means you're throwing a normal kick, but your body is parallel to the ground instead of perpendicular. The third is that he doesn't block, and you hit his head. If that happens, you don't even need the low kick, but it's good to get that in there. Simply use his head like you would his forearm in situation 1 to push off of.

@_@ That's a lot for this post.... Tackle it at your own speed, and take your time; I'd like for you to fully understand everything, rather than rush through stuff with questions. Which reminds me, if you have questions, ask them at any time (even through VMs). Okay, I'll stop writing now before I fit another paragraph here.

I start by running at the opponent and when i reach near him i jump in the air and start spinning in a counter-cloakwise way and while in the air he extends his left leg sending a roundhouse kick at the back at the jaw near the ear as a christmas present, luckily the opponent blocks it but with the power of my leg the opponent's arm is pushed leaving them open and to complete the Taijutsu horror, i twist my body and launch him a low kick at the opponent's waist knocking him in the ground and after he's throwed at the ground i notice a poof coming out of opponent, i notice that this is Sensei's clone and get angry to it since i thinked that i beated a real opponent.

I'm really enjoying this training since it feels like i'm doing a spar with you but instead of just fighting i learn new jutsus making it more awesome :)

Well, because a great deal of Taijutsu techniques could potentially be done in freeform, I'd like you to understand in freeform how they are performed so that you can understand how they work as a technique. Because they can be used in freeform, you can spar with a clone and make things go smoothly; taijutsu is also simply a variant on Martial Arts, something we have in the real world, which makes it easier to visualize than forming a sphere of partial-physical/partial-spiritual energy in your hand. <.< Which is why it's so easy to understand, use, and teach; only when wording and timeframe get messed up does Taijutsu begin to get confusing, and so that's what I really want to teach you with this training. Wording (ensuring that you describe everything accurately, that your moves make sense and are coherent (you know what side of your body is where at all times), and that it's easy enough to understand), and timeframe (ensuring that your moves don't happen before physically possible, and thus implying meta-gaming, which makes this no fun).

So, that was a good usage of that technique; I think we can move onto the C-ranks.
(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane

Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
So, this next technique is a powerful upward kick. First, I want you lean back, and make your back almost parallel to the ground. Keep both feet planted as you do this. With your body bent as close to a ninety-degree angle as you can get it, it will naturally want to lay flat again, which will cause a bit of pain probably in your back and hamstring tendon. Now, because your body naturally wants to revert to it's normal state, your body becomes like a spring that has been bent; when you let go of one end, it snaps back to place with great force. So, you can slightly lift one of your feet off the ground after leaning back like that, and your body will naturally swing the kick upwards. The further back you can lean (the closer to parallel to the ground your back gets), the more power is behind the kick. So you can practice that a few times, until you get your muscles ready to handle the stress, and then call my clone to run towards you. Keeping in mind that description and timeframe are key (timeframe not so much for this example), kick my clone using this technique as he runs at you, after practicing to stretch your muscles.

Firstly, i lean back and try to make my back as straight that to parallel the ground, after doing this i bent my body in a 90 degree angel, this causes me a bit of pain at my back since the body wants to be reverted in a normal state, as i see the clone coming towards me i wait for the right moment then get off my leg from the ground and swing it upwards, giving my opponent a christmas present: a powerful direct kick in the face that sends crashes him at a tree behing him, i get surprised myself since the kick was too powerful, then Sensei explains to me that the further that i lean the stronget the kick gets, so after hearing that i need to do it again until i master it i accept without hesitating because it seems like this jutsu is very awesome so i try it for a lot of times until i get the timing currectly and my body gets used to the leans and doesn't hurt anymore, with this i complete this jutsu and sit in a chair while driking some beer and waiting to hear the instructions for the next jutsu.

This last technique is quite useful if your opponent is going for a high strike (specifically to the face). Lean back, allowing the strike to go over you, and then allow your leg to come up and kick them away. Just an example of a good way to use it; thinking of these things will help you when you actually have to use your Taijutsu training.
(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.
Next we are doing a palm-based combination strike. When performing a palm strike, you will want to curl your fingers so that the tips of your fingers rest just above the meaty part of your hand; the underside of your knuckles. And keep your thumb curled away, in line with the side of your hand, as well, so that none of your fingers get in the way and injured during the strike. Then, you will want to extend your arm straight out, quickly, just like a punch, but leading with the heel of your hand (the bottom of your palm, just above your wrist) instead of leading with your knuckles like a punch. Again, twisting your body so, say, your right side is forward when throwing a right strike, also helps with power and reach.

So, for the actual techniques (beyond the technicalities of a palm strike) go like this: First, a straightforward palm strike to the solar plexus of your opponent. This will knock the wind out of them, force them back even if just a little, and possibly make them double over. The second is an upwards attack, so you'll begin by squatting low and being really close to your target. Then, you simply stand up quickly, bringing your upward-facing palm up close to the side of your body as you stand, catching your opponent in the chin, or gut if they're doubled over, and sending them into the air. The third strike is a downward strike, and this is most useful when your opponent is either doubled over or otherwise lower than you are. Basically, you simply drop to one knee with your palm up by your shoulder to begin with, but thrusting it downwards onto your target as you fall down in a controlled manner, sending him straight into the ground.

Now, my clone will run towards you, where you will use his momentum to make your forward strike hurt more. After that, when he's doubled over, hit him into the air with the second palm strike, and as he lands, falling to his knees because of the sudden landing, smash him into the ground.

Lol i don't understand all this thing but will try doing that as i got it n__n

As i notice the opponent running towards me, i proceed by curling my fingers that the tips the meaty part the underside of the knuckles, as he reaches me i simply launch a straightforward palm strike at the opponent's solar plexus side pushing him back by the force, then i run towards him launching him a upward after squatting lower than my opponent's face and body but then i simply stand up launching him a devastating upward palm strike at the chin that sends him in the air, while the opponent is in the air i drop to one knee and with my palm up at my shoulder, i thrust my palm at his stomach sending him straight in the ground and knocking him unconscious.

That would be the basics of it; simply put, these techniques are performed like punches, but with your palm (specifically the part just above your wrist if you were to trace the bottom of your hand leading to your thumb... <.<).
(Asshō) - Pressure Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with a downwards thrust striking them to the floor.
(Shōgekishō) - Upwards Attacking Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with an upwards thrust into the abdomen lifting them into the air.
(Hōshō) - Crumbling Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes the opponent with a forwarding palm thrust.
These next two techniques are very simple, and don't require much explanation. The first is simply a shoulder strike; basically, you run forwards as fast as you can, leaning forwards with your right hand on your left shoulder (if you intend to hit with your right shoulder. If you intend to hit your target with your left shoulder, it's left hand on right shoulder). Then, you tuck your head towards your left shoulder (again, to your right if you're hitting with your left) and stick out the shoulder you are hitting with in order to slam your entire body weight with your running momentum into your target with your shoulder.
The second technique is a rising knee strike. Essentially, you pick up one of your feet and raise your knee upwards, pulling your heel towards your thigh in order to keep your foot and shin out of the strike. This technique works best if your opponent is doubled over, or if you grab their shoulders or head in order to pull them down as you bring your knee up, enhancing both the power and accuracy of the attack. But yeah, it's just raising your knee quickly and hitting your target with it.

So now that we've gone through that, you can create any combination you want with these techniques, as well as any free-form taijutsu you wish. I'd like to see how you think and fight, so please; attack my clone in any way you wish, using nothing but your body (no weapons or chakra), making sure to use both of these techniques at least once.

Sorry for replying late man, i got banned for a month and then thought that you dropped me ;_; suddenly i got an interest on taijutsu, i really wanna be descriptive enough and will try to do my best and reply with all my heart in this training.
------

After hearing the instructions from Sensei i immediately begin to analyze and think of any strategy at this point, after a lot of thinking i finally got one idea or two, even Sensei gets confused on how long i stay there thinking, firstly i inhale a very long breath with my nose exhaling it with my mouth trying to calm myself before i make a very serious and concentrated face, for these past days that i've been training with the Sensei i've suddenly got an interest for Taijutsu, i noticed that it's a very useful way of combating and can help in every situation too, even though i need to be in close range with the opponent it might still be useful, this interest made me do some researches and look into the archives until i found something interesting, there were some old styles of taijutsu but nothing made my interest shine before the Eight Inner Gates taijutsu style or rather technique, it was very very powerful but it was a double-edged ability, also i got an interest in the leg weights, it was a nice idea to create those and boosting speed and kick leg involved taijutsu moves was a very good ability, i liked that, but this time i needed to focus on the taijutsu technique, firstly i run towards the opponent swiftly with great concentration and precision since i wanna be fast enough and not get distracted and lose that speed, after dashing towards the opponent with my left hand really close to my right shoulder and tucking my head towards my right shoulder i attack the opponent standing in front of me now with my left shoulder at the abdomen and due to my body weight and running momentum i succesfuly perform the jutsu while throwing the opponent meters away, momentary leaving him breathless since i attacked him hard enough that could knock him unconscious, after that i once again begin to focus on the opponent now unable to make any move and with a slight evilish smirk, i raise my right knee upwards while still keeping the heel at the thig in order to strike the opponent, i accurately aim at the breathless and nearly unconsious opponent's chin knocking him above in the air just before i run with all my might towards the opponent's back and jump to reach the same height as him before preparing my left leg and spinning my body while simultaneously focusing on the opponent and try to get the right momentum to kick the opponent in the chest and as the chest happens the opponent now is in the ground due to the crushing power he received but just before he lands on the ground he gets a powerful heel kick by my left foot in the skull literally being more dead than alive. "What's next . . . i hope the next thing is more 'exciting' since i'm getting a little tired of doing these small scretching trainings."

"even Sensei gets confused on how long i stay there thinking" Don't tell me how I'm acting. <.<

That's good... I like your usage.
(Tokken) - Thrusting Shoulder
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user will jump into the opponent thrusting their shoulder to strike them.
(Shōshitsu) - Rising Knee
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user will strike their opponent with an upwards thrust with their knee.
Okay, so here are the next three techniques. They can be used together in a combination, so why don't you try that.
First is a technique where, as you and your opponent are in free-fall, you grab their ankles and hold them upside-down, spinning until you smash their head into the ground with gravitational force.
The second is a technique where you flip towards your opponent and deliver seven strikes to their body, split up between punches and kicks. Of course, your final strike you will want to be stronger - a finisher.
The final technique is one you use when your opponent is airborne and you are on the ground. You leap into the air, controlling how much force you use as you launch yourself into the air, in order to position yourself behind your opponent mid-air. Once you're behind your opponent, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities to attack from with your opponent's mobility, and gravity on your side.

Firstly i begin by concentrating on the opponent, i see his moves, i see his openings, i have a chance to attack, i begin to run towards the opponent while keeping my eyes locked on him, i couldn't let him surprise me, as i'm running i suddenly lower my body and raise my left leg and using the body momentun i raise him in the air and then leap in the air too, after that i see that the opponent has no chance, i'm in front of him and then begin to kick and punch the opponent while still airborne, i give him 2-3 punches in the chest, then a kick in the groins[ouch] and a series of punches in the face while the final one being a knee attack in his chin sending him higher in the air and him being half unconscious, i throw myself on the ground and using the body's momentum once again i leap higher in the air, after that i grab the opponent's ankles and doing a turning, i hold him upside-down while spinning and rushing towards the ground before i smash his head with it and drop him there, more dead than alive.

What's wrong with your name, and why do you feel the need to change it consistently?

Interesting... I like your use of combination, even if you did use SotDL twice, making 4 moves in total. :p
(Dainamikku Akushon) - Dynamic Action
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: The user flips towards the opponent and attacks with a series of punches and kicks equalling 7 attacks.
(Kage Buyō) - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 5
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.
(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.
So the next technique is quite simple to describe, but don't forget to try and find ways to open your opponent up to make the attack easier to land. It begins by running at your opponent and hitting them with your shoulder before twisting your body around and punching them with your other hand (so if you hit them with your right shoulder, you punch with your left hand). The shoulder strike is both for disorientation and to wind your body up to get full power into your punch - just something to keep in mind.

sorry ;_;
--------------
After hearing Sensei's explanations i begin to concentrate and focus, focus my mind on the opponent's movements, a single opening and both of us are done for, realizing as he makes a stance which leaves his stomach open while covering his sides, not a good idea, i firstly start running towards the opponent swiftly and trying to make a plan, firstly i run towards the opponent and smash him with my left shoulder sending him severak steps away while trying to gain peace and focus and trying to breathe normal but i suddenly twist my body and punch him right in the stomach with a straigh forwarded punch that brings him on his knees and drops him in the ground unconscious.

Do you know how many times your name changed between your response and this one? Honestly, I want to know if you keep count. x_x xD

Only comment I have on the move is that if he moved back a few steps, you'd have to take at least one forward to make contact with him (in my opinion). Now, this can work if you stepped forward with your left foot (because you used your left shoulder) (you could actually get some serious rotation and power from that), but it's just my opinion.
(Rakanken) - Nirvana Fist
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: A powerful shoulder smash followed by a strong punch.
Now, the next technique requires clones of some kind, so make some (any kind of clone will work; water clones would even be fine. If you don't have any clone techniques, you can borrow some clones from me). Start by making four clones. You begin by having your clones kick the enemy around a bit before sending him into the air. After that, the original will jump off of one of the clone's back next to the opponent, where you'll somersault to kick the target back into the ground. it's a good technique, assuming you can get your opponent airborne.
The second technique begins by you simply kicking your opponent upwards into the air. Then follow him with Shadow of a Dancing Leaf (doesn't count as one of your 3 moves). Then it becomes a game of tag. You begin by hitting your opponent while behind him (your backs should be parallel to the ground). Then, as he goes to counter-attack, spin around in the opposite direction to get over him and continue attacking. As the two of you continue to go down and near the ground, somersault again and smash your heel into your target's stomach, crushing him between your foot and the ground.
