please someone tell me how much more time will my first bio take to get approved or disaprroved.by what time should i be getting a response and by what means

Your bio will be checked when its checked. There is no fixed time frame for it to happen as its depends on many factors one of which being how many other bios are pending approval. Just be patient and wait. This said, you cannot have a bio from the Uchiha Clan without having 1500 posts. Kakashi can be done without a Sharingan, as a kid, before you reach 1500 posts. After you reach 1500 posts you can upgrade him to the adult Kakashi with a Sharingan. Your bio, even if Uchiha or other with a Sharingan and even after you reach 1500 posts, will not simply have the Sharingan. It needs to be awakened before it can be used.
