Jio flies in from above, floating on his giant boomerang as if he was surfing on air currents... He glid down only to see his two brothers from other mothers chilling, one humming a nice tune while the other complains.
Ayyy what's up bros?!!! I was lost around here, wasn't sure which island you were on... But better late than never.. Anyway, tell me what you know of Chishi Shindou, and why you think this style could compliment your already refined skill set?

Everyone knows toads>snakes Iori.
Chishi is a fighting style that uses different types of chakra to augment boomerangs in many ways depending on the type of chakra used. You can use lightning chakra to give it a numbing effect or a piercing ability, you can use earth chakra change the weight of the boomerang, you can even use fire chakra to ignite the boomerang making it very hot as it slices through your target like butter. The effects your boomerang takes on all depends on the type of chakra used, but my the ability I like the most given to you by this CFS is the ability to move the boomerang passively using will power. This will help me add a tactical factor to my skill set allowing me to have a wide versatility in battle as I put my target in dire situations, or as I regain the momentum of battle. This CFS's destructive power all depends on the user of the art.

Good, very good. Knowing you, you'll come up with very interesting ways to use this style... Now, while that bish right there *points at Yash* sits around like a dumbfounded idiot, not answering my question, I want you to leave out into the woods and create any amount of boomerangs out of any material so that you can use it in training.... I'll wait....

Ok cool. Ieyasu bumps into Iori on purpose as he walks away before disappearing in a cloud of smoke as he moves deeper into the forest at swift speeds. Re-appearing at another location, Ieyasu begins to scout the forest looking for good materials to use for making his boomerangs. He wanted to make a variety of boomerangs made of different materials allowing him to test which one would fit his style the best. Hmmmm, what should I make these out of? he said as he casually walks around. Seeing that the only good enough material in the forest at the moment was tree wood, Ieyasu unsheathed his sword before delivering several precise slashes to a thick tree allowing him to carve out a few boomerangs for use.These should be fine. he said as he examined his works before disappearing in a cloud of smoke as he made his way back to Jio.

As Ieyasu re-appears next to a sleeping Jio, Jio wakes up from his bro senses tingling, and he gets to his feet. He checks out the boomerangs and comes to the conclusion that they'd do... For now..
Now that you have your boomerangs, let's begin on controlling them with your will alone. You have to become one with the boomerang(s) and use them as an extension of your body. Watch I'll show you.
Jio closes his eyes and suddenly 10 boomerangs from his tool pouch begin to float out of the pouch seemingly by themselves. As they raise up in front of Jio he controls them to rotate around him, orbiting around Jio if you will. As they orbit around him they start to spin at high speeds, as if they were thrown and are now spinning like a wheel in mid air. They're all then manipulated to fly at random birds around the forest area, following and killing them before they could evade or escape.

Leyasu the smart ass covered everything, but basically Fatal Impact is utilizing Boomerangs in battle, let's not forget the original purposes of a boomerang, they are to move swiftly perform a single effective hit, and return to the user, however with this style of fighting, one utilizes the boomerangs with infusions of chakra to give out a different output depending on the chakra being imbued within it, if one thinks creative as I am about to demonstrate, there is far more one could do with this effective style of fighting, all you need to do is use your imagination
Instead of going into the woods and looking for a suitable material to create a boomerang out of, Iori performs the summoning ritual by swiping a touch of blood across his snake tattoo and summons a generic meter long snake, he then molds the snake into the shape of a boomerang while also holding its mouth wide open and exposing its fangs, Iori then releases a pulse of earth chakra through the snake and petrifies it while also causing it to become as solid as a rock, while the snake is completed petrified and dead, it still maintains its features, and due to Iori exposing its fangs, the venom of the snake would be dripping from its mouth, once that is done, he releases yet another pulse of earth chakra through the snake, only this time making it as light as a feather...
Now this is what you call a boomerang, one that complements myself, its as solid as a rock, and at the same time as light as a feather, not to mention everytime this boomerang makes a hit, the venom at the tip of the boomerang would paralyze the target as well.

Iori starts off by holding his custom made, snake boomerang before him, he doesn't have any control over it yet, but he soon will, its just a matter of time, while holding the boomerang before him, he focuses on it and tries to hold it up with his mind alone, he then slowly let's go of the boomerang...and it seemingly remains suspended in the air all by itself, Iori then focuses further and maintains an image of a random rotating source, the boomerang slowly starts to spin in a clockwise manor a few seconds before loosing control and falling to the ground...
Dammit...
Iori then looks at the boomerang lying on the floor and repeats the same sequence as a second ago, the boomerang then starts to levitate before him while slowly starting to spin once again in a clockwise formation, however this time it starts spinning rather faster and seems more balanced, just there and then a bird flies by above Leyasu's head, Iori then manipulates his boomerang and has it strike the bird, with not much force behind its attack, the boomerang only knocks the bird slightly, however scaring the living daylights out of the poor bird, the little bird then scared out if its mind, let's loose and releases a dump of bird shit onto Leyasu's head...
Serves you right for even thinking that toads are better than snakes...Tsk...
Iori then crosses his arms with his rotating boomerang suspended in the air beside him, awaiting further instructions...

Ieyasu uses substitution jutsu as the bird poop was about to land on him and he reappears behind Eori and Jio. The way you treat your contract animal is very bad, you should treat them a little better and maybe one day you can be a Sage like me little Eori. he says with a smirk on his face. Ieyasu then makes his way to a small clearing in the forest where he then throws the four wooden boomerangs he made into the air consecutively. Lets try this out. The determination and great focus could be seen in Ieyasu's face as he intently stared at the four boomerangs he just threw. One by one they all made slight movements, but in an unorthodox manner, and Ieyasu was seeking order. Common........work with me. the young shinobi thought to himself. Suddenly all four boomerangs align themselves before turning and returning to Ieyasu in a line, and just before they reached him the intenseness in his face increased as they all stopped in place and began spinning inches away from Ieyasu. Knowing that he successfully learned how to control the boomerangs Ieyasu smirked before throwing a rock into a tree making several birds scatter in various directions as they fly in fear. The boomerangs then shoot towards the several birds knocking them one by one before returning to Ieyasu. All of this being done as he held his arms folded against his chest with a cool manner. You could learn a thing or two from me little Eori.

Sheesh, you two argue a lot. You're like the little brothers that are older than me, which I never had. Am I like that with you guys also? >.> Nah can't be... Anywhore, great job, and Iori, you ever treat a snake like that again and I'll be forced to kill you where you stand, understand? That may be acceptable out of my presence, but while I'm around, you won't go sacrificing snakes like that to be "creative", I don't like it. The thought in itself was nice, but all in all, the death of a snake from our contract isn't going to fly with me.... Now that you guys have the basics of the control aspect down, we'll move on to more advanced control and such... The next thing we'll do is fly... There's a large lack of shinobi that can simply fly without the use of a summon, and starting today, you'll be part of very few that can legitimately fly at will, without the use of techniques...

This lets him casually step on it, and from there he controls the boomerang with his mind to levitate upwards about 30m high before he looks down at his 'brothers' and without warning Jio, on his boomerang, darts into the clouds, in hopes of them following...
Sidenote: which color goes nice with Jio speaking.

Upon jumping on top of the large wooden projectile, Ieyasu found it quite tricky trying to maintain balance will controlling the large boomerang with his will power, but after a few close falls he was soon left behind Jio following his path in the sky. This however was very easy for Iori, he himself being a Supernova and all, was very excellent with Willpower, and now that he had the simple controls of a boomerang with his own will everything here on out would be like taking candy from a baby...
Iori then once again controlled his boomerang and suspended it in the air just before his feet, he gently stepped onto the boomerang and manipulated it to take flight after Jio, for a moment the booomerang was a bit wobbly, but Iori's willpower control was powerful and controlling a boomerang with his will was pretty easy for him, while dashing through the air with his boomerang, Iori slowed down nearby Ieyasu and started rotating around him...
Even though you are now a sage, I am still better than you, Eeeyasu-boy.

So apparently some people weren't too fond of how we could fly etc. So reported me and so on. Now I was told we can no longer control the boomerangs and can't fly. Sorry, don't use it like that from this point on.. :/

Just to clarify: He was supposed to take out the part about being passive yet he did not and when I checked it, I overlooked it the first time until I had to recheck it. I could have declined it altogether but instead removed the part he was told to remove. Also, do you understand how nonsensical it is to fly on a boomarang? The constant spinning would cause you to become motion sick as well as boomarangs returning to their starting location doesn't make them good for flying....

I thought that the boomerangs were controlled by will, thus it could be manipulated by just moving slow and non rotational in a sense, thus it would be possible to fly with the boomerang, but anyway, I couldn't care less about flying, I prefer taijutsu now anyways.
