Now it would only depend if he possess the elemental affinity to use them but Kakashi has doton, raiton and suiton, so he should at least be capable to copy and use Kakuzu's doton, raiton techniques since they are mostly B-rank techniques

Those elements classify as Hiden, since they only are access through Earth Grudge. Sharingan cannot copy Hiden.

It steals their chakra affinity and uses its own elemental attack. There is no way Kakashi can copy a Jingou mask attack

He didn't. If you reread those chapters, the first time, he built up the chakra for quite a while back. Obito cancelled it instantly. For the second time, Madara summoned it; it was standing right in front of Kakashi. He used Kamui, and the warp point was present on it. The Mezo was there for a few seconds, which allowed Kakashi to use Kamui in the first place. He missed the head, and got the arm instead. If anything, it shows his Kamui is not instant other than a few smaller targets,

His feat with Obito not long ago also proves this. It was the lag in the warping that allowed Obito to cancel his Kamui. Remember, the guy was walking for Madara with the warp point on him. You can check the pages if you feel like.

You can go back and recheck the scans and then form your own hypothesis . Tobirama hasn't shown to make more than one clone during fight though.

I think alot people of people forget how Kamui speed works.

If you look carefully, any long range shot is slower then a closer range shot.

Meaning if he were to Kamui close range, it will transport faster. If not, it will take a bit more time.
