How strong do you think Fugaku Uchiha was?

Hi, I was wondering how strong do you think Fugaku Uchicha was since he was the leader of the Uchiha and his sons are 2 off the strongest characters in Naruto.

Most likely high jounin. Maybe on par with Shikaku, Inoichi and Chouza. (Probably can't beat chouza)

I would think he was pretty strong because he was the leader of the Uchiha and military police.

Well he was Konoha Police, and he knew some advanced Uchiha Katon techniques. I'd say he had an IQ of about 160 or so. He didn't have a Sharingan (well not awakened ) But his Kunai and Shuriken skills were off the charts ! (Itachi inherited this from him, and so did Sasuke with his ingenious puppet shurikens). Overall I'd say he was a bit better than the average Jounin.

This is all opinionated however, please don't Kamui me into Nothingness .__.
