To be honest I want Naruto to have some pseudo juubi mode right off the bat or at all but I could see it not happening quite like that. Obito was only able to snag out those chunks but by doing so he gave Naruto the chakra connection to every single bijuu. I think Obito was able to do this because he was the juubi jin for a time and was able to get the connections that Naruto didn't have so he could continue what Obito started. So this could mean a lot of things: it could mean that Naruto takes Yang Kurama out and the two halves mix(I'd hate if they didn't), or he has all the bijuu just locked up safe in his belly until after Sasuke does his foreshadowed TnJ/Hashi cell thing which will be Madara's end and then he frees them sans Kurama, or he makes his own juubi but it's good somehow because of him.
I think that Naruto will use his chakra again like how he did earlier and how the sage intended chakra to be used in the first place and I guess he could do this to a higher extent than when it was just Yang Kurama chakra. It would be kinda awkward though to have a big chakra cloak covering everyones bodies all the tiem though.

Im not sure how that would be a cop out considering:
1. his lineage
2.the fact that he is a perfect jinchuuriki with the Kyuubi
3. has met and received support from every biijuu
4. Will boost him enough to fight but obviously still be a bit weaker thus allowing sasuke to join in
it sounds perfectly plausible and the way the story is going both characters are due that power up
