Wrong on all accounts.
First of all; As said by Odin, the Asgardians ARE mortal, they only live longer.
And according to Superman; All Star, the radiation of our yellow sun has strengthned Superman's cells so much, it would be impossible for each of them to be fully destroyed. So, c ombined with the accelerated regeneration of his super-powered cells, Superman litterally can't die. (Keep that in mind whenever the next Goku vs Superman discussion comes up)
Second, the notion of Superman being weak againts magic, is also misunderstood, eventhough Thor uses magic
It depends on how it will be used, if the magic is used to make weapons, or kryptonite base weapons.
In this case, Thor's magic comes from his hamer, Mjolnir.
But the magic's effect on Superman would be cancled out, because Mjolnir is made from the matter of a star.
Stars, like our yellow sun, are what give Superman his powers.
By that logic, despite the awesome film by Bat in the Sun, a single hit from Mjolnir would strengthen Superman.

The denser a star, the more radiation it puts out.
Even if it would be made into a metal, it would be physically impossible to take away it's radiation.
It would by theory make him stronger.

I'm pretty sure magic from a star is still magic. Also, while I'm not comic-savvy, not all stars are yellow, for all we know, Mjolnir wasn't forged in a yellow star and can harm Supes.

but what if it was made inside a red star(i think one version even says it was made inside a dying star i think. dying stars are usually red giants) red stars have a radiation which i think kinda weakens or corrupts supermans powers if im not mistaken...

Unfortunatly, it has never been said what kind of dying star it was, since not all dying stars are red.
There are also dying stars known as white dwarfs, which when they die are called black dwarfs, or those that are simpley called giants or super-giants. And several more.
Assuming Mjolnir was made from a collapsed star, since I'd figure it would hard to retrieve matter from a Super-Nova.

True, but then again, Supes is grand-daddy of all Superheroes. Like Goku is the big-poppa of all Shonen heroes. You just can beat him, unless you're a genius. (Like Batman)

what? superman prime is the psychotic teen right? hes nearly indestructible. only way they could beat him is several flashes dumping him in another dimension. and superman prime 1 million is just a god.
