I think Muu has a good chance to win in and out character, hence we don't know his in character approach. Dust release destroys the surrounding environment and possible use of tags, senses Minato's approach one whereabouts, owns toads himself or with golem and could possibly sneak attack. He's shown good reaction speed and could split his body if tagged, while touching Minato in the process, weighting him down so he couldn't move.

Close range, I simple touch and Minato is weighed down, Muu was the only Kage who reacted to Garra's sand. Even the 3rd Raikge was caught.

No one can sense someone who has zero chakra. Mu not in character will go invisible and simply kill Minato with kenjutsu since Minato couldn't sense him.

I don't its a stretch to think Sage Mode sensing can detect him, it is natural energy afterall. Or KCM sensing

Really, because after RDS I seem to remember him:

- summoning the alter for Naruto
- jumping in the way of Kurama's claw and stopping it with his feet
- still being able to have a convo with kushina while smiling
- summons Gamatora
- Listens to Kushiona's long ass speech
- Performs the 8 trigrams seal
- Uses the RDS once more
- transfers both his and kushina's chakra into naruto

Yep, they did all that in a few seconds U_U Minato was very much alive and kicking even after using the RDS.
