Naruto wins Mid-Dif. Naruto can predict pretty much all of his moves with SM Sensing. If Frog Kata hits then Naruto can throw a Rasen-Shuriken and kill him. Orochimaru isn't recovering from Rasen-Shuriken because it cuts his chakra lines up.

A sick and on-his-last-functioning-leg Orochimaru took 4 Tails Naruto's claws and survived. I doubt Naruto can do any worse. His SM lasts 5 minutes anyway or depletes to zero if he uses all 3 FRS. It's either that or that. What are his counters to 8 Branch Technique?
