You're acting like you have any form of time scale for any of these scans.

The scan with juubi could have taken 2 seconds. the one with shinshuu could've taken 5 seeing as shinshuu is far slower due to size.

It's a fact that tbb's need white-black chakra in a ratio of [something] to work. That takes time to build up a tbb with a constant ratio, even 1 second of a wrong ratio makes it implode.

Considering Kamui's speed, if you form something coming out of it, you're doing it fast.

Does the fact that Minato was talking while Gai was fighting mean he was moving very slowly in the 7th gate?

2. It actually is. It's not instant, but it was fast enough to teleport Obito away before KCM Naruto hit him. Kakashi doubled the speed required to teleport, implying that his kamui's absorption is the same speed as Obito using it on himself.

Biju dama barrage takes as long as a bala. And biju sized bijudama can take 5 seconds.-

Now the juubi is on another level. It makes city busting bijudama in a moment.

What does that prove? It shows it isn't fast as you proclaimed, given that Naruto had to stop and charge to create the diversion.
