It does transmit chakra, but that happens faster than a susano arrow so Kamui is still unstopable anyways.

As of now Kamui's only weakness is its chakra consumption. If kakashi messes up once, then he will have wasted too much chakra to put up a decent fight.

Mass shadow clones > kamui unless kakashi gets lucky

People seem to forget that when Kakashi used it the first 5 times this war before he ran out of chakra, he fought 7 swordman, used like 6 different lightning jutsu, an earth wall and shadow clone.

Now that he's rested a bit in kamui land, he's only used kamui and no other jutsu, no wonder he can use more.

The weakness of Kakashi's Kamui is so simple it's funny.

Kakashi's Kamui teleports whatever is in Kakashi's direct sight, m'kay. Timing is key with countering it, however. If Kamui was to target your head, but you used Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation before Kakashi focuses on you, then guess what?

Kumui doesn't stand a chance against FTG. And Kakashi's Kamui is fast... unless, like I said, you time it right and beat the user before they can focus on you.

Focusing to initiate Kumui isn't instantaneous. The ability itself, however, is (well, "nearly" instantaneous).

I also think it's safe to say that Kakashi's Kamui = Obito's Kamui in speed, hence why the speed of Kamui was "doubled" instead of "multiplied" a few chapters ago.

And based on Minato's fight with Obito, FTG > Kumui in speed (I thought this was obvious anyway).

If Kakashi gets marked by an FTG user, Kumui would automatically be rendered obsolete.

*smh* You ultimately corrected yourself with that scan.

Kakashi's Kumui is not instantaneous. Hence why he barely teleported Minato's Rasengan away (if you look closely, you'll see he actually still got hit).

Minato, for example, would capitalize on Kumui's small chakra-gathering interval and Odama Rasengan Kakashi.
