Gaara stomps. Zabuza's Hidden mist jutsu is overrated when Genin Sakura reacted to his sneak attack. Zabuza does not posses the speed to get through gaara's sand. Not to mention the location severely puts zabuza at a disadvantage by taking away his large scale water jutsu. By manga feats the only jutsu he has performed without a water source is D-rank.
