I know a Deidara straight up said Sasori is stronger, but personally in my evaluation I feel like Deidara is stronger than Sasori.

Deidara's C3 was strong enough to blow apart the Sand village if not for gaara's sand.

Sasori himself said that his strongest puppets took down a whole nation/village of unknown.

Pain, deidara, and Tobi are the only akatsuki members who have the destructive power to wipe out at least one of the five great nation village.

I can't see Sasori competing with destructive power, only other members that I can 100% vouche for are Itachi and Kisame.

Unless some one can persuade me otherwise.
