MSN just pushed out an article stating that a Malaysian official just confirmed that this was a hijacking and unconfirmed talks about simple piracy...
My theory is simple once you look at the passenger manifest and realize that 20 passengers worked for Freescale Semiconductor. This becomes almost the plot of a Hollywood movie when you research that company and realize that they manufacture and develop components for high-tech and highly classified American weapons systems and ... check this... JAMMING DEVICES AND STEALTH TECHNOLOGY! This sounds almost too unreal to even write but it gets crazier!
Looking a little deeper, JP Morgan just removed their investments from Freescale Semiconductor just last month, because of a recent social issue going on which I will mention later **the hook** and what is also interesting is that four days after the flight went missing the patent office recorded an approval of a device and get this, 4 of the 5 patent holders are Chinese employees of the Freescale Semiconductor company.. WOW
Now here is where it gets really crazy! Each of the patent holders own 20% ownership of the total patent. If one were to die the percentage would be divided among the remaining 4, if all were to die then Freescale Semiconductor would assume 100% ownership of the patent.
So what is interesting about this whole patent ownership? Well Jacob Rothschild, a British investment banker who has been accused of significant conspiracy accusations in the past, through a company called Blackstone, owns Freescale Semiconductor. Oh yea, Blackstone is also owner of **hook** Sea World, that company which everyone has been protesting lately due to inhumane treatment of the whales.
So who knows, was this whole thing a random act of terrorism, did China or Iran take the plane and have it land in a secure location so that specific technology could be physically stolen or to be stolen from the minds of those employees, did those employees defect back to China? Was this all done to get Freescale Semiconductor sole ownership of the patent which would ultimately pad the pockets of Blackstone in order to compensate their losses from Sea World? Who knows, but I think we shall find out some more interesting information as the days go on... Or we won't!!

"The scarier thing to me is that by now assuming the plane has not been destroyed. ...it has almost certainly been repainted, renumbered (with fake numbers), or worse possibly offically registered to a new country making its new numbers real.....which leaves the door wide open for a wealth of incredibly scary possibilities...
I mean in essence we are"weeks" behind in this search....the best place to hide this plane or any of it's size will be right out in the open (or in a private hangar) with a new Id even if its fake...and when we do finally start physically searching for it on the ground, the possibilities durning the early stages of the preliminary searches of cross cataloging every tag to every database in the world at the same time seems pretty unlikely....let alone be able to perform that type of search at every airport across the globe...especially not before it is legally and properly destroyed or sold and used in some awful mass casualty incident....the lead time they have is unfathomable....

The BBC posted that it has been confirmed that Malaysian Airlines flight MH370's transponders were intentionally switched off and that the investigation has turned to looking into the crew and passengers... More to follow I'm sure.
