Hm...if we compare just Amaterasu and Kakashis Kamui then I would say Amaterasu>Kamui.
Most people doesn't understand that Kakashis Jutsu is slower, because he has to create a Kekkai(That's also the reason why Deidara survived and Kakashi could only absorb Gedō Mazōs arm). Without Bijū-chakra it takes more time to use it too. Don't try to deny it, that was mentioned in the last databook.
To avoid Amaterasu the target has to be so fast, that the Sharingan can't follow anymore~ like teleportation-Ninjutsu. However, in the case of Kakashis Kamui it's completely different, based on it's way of functioning.
Amaterasu powdered Sasukes body within a few seconds almost completely. His only possibility to survive it was Orochimarus Jutsu of rebirth.

Amaterasu is much faster, proven by the fact that Obito couldn't turn on his Intangibility. Once focused, like Danzo, an opponent would be reduced to ashes in a second. Even Hachibi was screaming in pain. Kamui has yet to accomplish that feat. Not only that, if left alone, it'll burn for a whole weak. Pretty deadly as well.

yep you actually can maybe. Having Izanagi activated and using it at the right time you can make it so you were never really teleported into the other dimension. Izanagi will affect you but not the other person.

What are you talking about? :| Sasuke got hit on purpose to use the underground strategy he even waited for Itachi to use Amaterasu, he also ran around for a bit before he got hit, Gaara is so slow he couldn't catch deidara soon enough yet he blocks amaterasu easily...you don't need to be that fast...

Let us not forget that even though Itachi knew Obito was the enemy he never once tried taking him on even though he had Amaterasu Tsukuyomi Plus Susanoo and Obito only had Kamui...I think that Settles it

1.Tobi wasnt hindered by it. He was caught by surprise, seconds later, he dismissed it..no big deal was made.
2. I only saw ONE samurai that was hit, and kankuro removed it easily.
3. Orochimaru snakes...really? when did that happen? lmao, u might as well add in trees too. smh im talking about on people, not animals that cant think and things that cant even move. things that actually mattered.
4. DSM Kabuto was barely even fazed.
5. 4th raikage dismissed it easily, dodged and willingly got hit by it. He simply chopped off his arm, and didnt care.

Im talking Kamui in general.
Kakashi can kamui amaterasu before it even spreads,
Obito can just kamui himself.
and a double kamui is just OP
